Prices & Availability
Subject to availability, either of our villas may be rented at any time of the year, although consideration should be given to the fact that the period from December to March is considerably cooler than the remainder of the year. 

Below you will find details of the current prices and availability for each property.  Should you wish to rent any villa for a longer or shorter period of time than those shown, we would always be happy to consider your request if availability permits, so please contact us with the details of your requirements.

1 January to 15 June 2008: £430 per week
16 June to 31 August 2008: £680 per week
1 September to 31 December 2008: £430 per week
